Answers to Common Portal Login Questions

Select the plus sign next to the issue you are having with accessing your client portal login:

How do I reset my AdviceWorks Client Portal password?​ 

AdviceWorks  Login

1. Please click the link for AdviceWorks (above) to make sure that you are on the correct login page.

2. Select the “Forgot Password?” link. This will prompt you to type in your User ID.

3. Enter your Login ID and click Next.

4. Type in the answers to your security questions that were set up previously.

5. After correctly answering your security questions you will be prompted to create a new password

Important: your password must contain a minimum of 8 characters and must have 3 of the 4 following character types: uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, special characters (e.g @, $, # )

6. Once you've created your new password, you will be directed back to the login page to sign in with your Login ID and new password.

What if I've forgotten my Login ID?

Please call your Financial Representative and we will provide you with your Login ID.

What if I want to access my tax documents?

Your tax documents are available under the Statements and Documents tab on your portal Dashboard. 

I don't know which portal and Login ID to use? Please call your Financial Representative.

What if I don’t have a Client Portal?

No problem, the setup process is quick and easy.

Please make sure to have access to your email so that we can send your new username to you. From there we can walk you through how to set up your password.
